General Terms and Conditions - Neonux

These are our general terms and conditions. They, along with the references they contain, apply to any agreement we make with you.

We have the right to change these terms and conditions. You agree that the latest version of these terms and conditions will always apply to our agreement.


Article 1 - Products

We sell LED neon lights.


Article 1A - Prices personalized products

Prices for personalized items - such as the customizer - are based on delivery and shipment of materials from home and abroad. As a result, the prices of the customizer may fluctuate.


Article 2 - Payments

The (total) price of the products is indicated in our webshop. You pay via our online payment service; Mollie, paypal, visa provides this payment service.


Article 3 - Deliveries

We will deliver your product to the address you provided when you placed the order. You cannot change the address once we have already shipped the package. We do our best to deliver the order as soon as possible. We guarantee that you will receive the order no later than 12 days after confirmation of the order.


Article 4 - Return

All designs are made manually after ordering, so each design is unique for each customer. we can only accept returns/refunds in case of faulty products and not because you changed your mind. This is because they are custom made.

In case of a defect on arrival, you have 14 days from delivery to notify us via email or contacting us via Facebook or instagram and we will provide you with a new one free of charge. During the period you have to consider whether you want to keep the product, you must handle the product and its packaging carefully. You may only unpack and use the product to the extent necessary to determine whether you wish to keep the product.


Article 5 - Warranty

We provide a 1 year warranty on LED neon lights. If the product breaks under normal use and within the warranty period, you are entitled to a replacement product. You must send the defective product to us in the original packaging. The shipping costs will be at your expense.


Article 6 - Liability

We are not liable for damage caused by use of a product. This does not apply if that damage was caused by our intentional, gross negligence or deliberate recklessness. Your right to compensation will in any case be a maximum of the amount of the product ordered and paid for.


Article 7 - Privacy Policy

We protect your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (AVG). You can consult our Privacy Policy for more information.


Article 8 - Intellectual property rights

All intellectual property rights (such as: copyrights, logos, word marks) on our texts, photos, images and other materials, are our property (or are under our control with the permission of the owner). Your use may not infringe upon them.


Article 9 - Complaints procedure

If you have a complaint about the execution of the agreement, we would like to hear it. Please send your complaint as soon as possible (and as fully described as possible) to We will handle your complaint as soon as possible, at the latest within 3 days after we have received your complaint. If it takes longer to settle the complaint, you will receive confirmation of your complaint within 3 days and we will let you know when we expect a substantive response. If we are unable to resolve the complaint among ourselves, a dispute arises which falls under the dispute resolution scheme.


Article 10 - Settlement of disputes

These general terms and conditions and the agreements we enter into with you are governed by Belgian law. In the event of a dispute the court in Belgium had jurisdiction.
